چکیده
Abstract Background Degenerative cartilage changes can be seen, in cases of lateral patellar compression syndrome, involving the patellofemoral joint. Hyaluronic acid is a natural component synovial fluid and responsible for its elastic features function articular surfaces. The aim this study to show effect intra-articular injection acid, after arthroscopic release on functional outcome knee pain those patients with degenerative changes. Method Ninety age (30–50) years syndrome were divided randomly into 2 groups. Group A was treated by received intraarticular weeks surgery. B only. Both groups assessed Kujala score visual analogue scale preoperatively re-assessed postoperatively at 3 months, 6 12 months 24 months. Results There significant improvement Visual post-operatively both ( P -value< 0.001) better group up year follow -value = 0.006) as well 0.035). Conclusion Intra-articular release, changes, result up. Trial registration NCT, NCT04134611 . Registered 18 October 2019 -Retrospectively registered.

Treatment for lateral patellar impingement syndrome with arthroscopic lateral patelloplasty: a bidirectional cohort study
BACKGROUND Anterior knee pain is one of the most common musculoskeletal complaints of young patients. We notice that some patients had normal femoral trochlear, medial and lateral patellar retinaculum, and special patellar morphology, which resulted in a series of symptoms in the flexion of the knee due to the impingement of the lateral articular surface of the patella with the femur. We firstl...
